Consultation & 3D Imaging
Dr. Phillip DeJesus reviewed Steve’s dental history, performed a clinical evaluation, and took 3D scans to assess bone loss and plan implant placement with precision. The scans confirmed severe bone loss in the upper jaw and instability in the remaining teeth.

Custom Treatment Plan
A personalized treatment plan was created to remove Steve’s remaining upper teeth, perform bone grafting where needed, and place six implants to support a permanent full arch bridge.

Day of Surgery & Provisional Bridge
To make sure Steve was never without teeth, he was provided with an immediate temporary denture during the healing phase.

Guided Implant Surgery & Bone Grafting
Six implants were placed using guided surgery for accuracy and long-term stability. Bone grafting was also performed to rebuild areas of the upper jaw and create a stronger foundation for the final restoration.

Healing & Osseointegration
Over the following months, Steve’s implants integrated with the jawbone, creating a stable base for his new smile. Regular follow-up visits helped monitor healing and ensure everything was profressing as planned.

Final Permanent Bridge
Once healing was complete, Steve received his custom-made permanent full arch bridge. The final result was secure, natural-looking, and designed to restore both comfort and confidence without the hassle of a removable prosthesis.
